Corporate Objectives & OKRs

MorgueBoard uses structured objectives and measurable key results to align strategic intent with execution.

Corporate Objectives

Corporate objectives define high-level outcomes the organization seeks to achieve over defined planning horizons. These objectives are:

  • Strategic rather than tactical
  • Reviewed and adjusted periodically
  • Used to inform departmental and individual priorities

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

OKRs are used to translate objectives into measurable outcomes.

  • Objectives describe what is to be achieved.
  • Key Results define how success is measured.

All business units are expected to:

  • Align their OKRs with corporate objectives
  • Track progress transparently
  • Review outcomes during formal planning and retrospective cycles

Detailed guidance on OKR cadence, ownership, and reporting is documented in the Strategy & Planning section of CorpSE.
